Lauréats des Olivier Awards 2015

Les Olivier Awards 2015 ont eu lieu ce soir au Royal Opera House à Londres.

Présentée par Lenny Henry, la soirée a été dominée par le Young Vic et Sunny Afternoon.

La production du Young Vic de A View From The Bridge a remporté le prix de la Meilleure Reprise, Meilleur Acteur et Meilleur Directeur tandis que Sunny Afternoon a gagné en tant que Meilleure Nouvelle Comédie Musicale, Meilleur Acteur, Meilleur Acteur de Soutien, et Réalisation Exceptionnelle en Musique.

Dame Angela Lansbury a reçu son tout premier Olivier Award en tant que Meilleure Actrice dans un Second Rôle.

The Play That Goes Wrong a remporté à Mischief Theatre le prix de la Meilleure Comédie.

Beautiful - The Carole King Musical, Memphis et City Of Angels ont chacun remporté deux récompenses.

La soirée s'est conclue avec une interprétation émouvante de Bridge Over Troubled Water par Kevin Spacey et Beverley Knight. Spacey vient de recevoir le prix spécial Olivier pour son travail au cours de la dernière décennie au Old Vic.

Une soirée vraiment spéciale.
