As nomeações para os Olivier Awards 2020 foram anunciadas esta manhã, com & Juliet recebendo nove indicações. Os Olivier Awards serão realizados no Royal Albert Hall em 5 de abril de 2020.

Gavin Creel e Alexia McIntosh anunciaram as nomeações para os Olivier Awards 2020 esta manhã, com & Juliet liderando as indicações para teatro musical antes da cerimônia de premiação em 5 de abril. O novo musical jukebox & Juliet baseado nos sucessos de Max Martin recebeu 9 indicações, incluindo Melhor Novo Musical, Melhor Atriz em um Musical, Melhor Design de Cenário e Melhor Design de Figurino.

A produção de Trevor Nunn de Fiddler On The Roof que começou no Menier Chocolate Factory antes de transferir para o Playhouse Theatre recebeu 8 indicações, enquanto o sucesso musical da Broadway Dear Evan Hansen recebeu 7 indicações, incluindo Melhor Ator em um Musical para seu protagonista de 21 anos, Sam Tutty. A nova produção de Cameron Mackintosh de Mary Poppins recebeu 6 indicações e viu Sir Matthew Bourne novamente indicado (ele recebeu um Prêmio de Reconhecimento Especial no ano passado).
