Wicked has revealed its cast for the show's milestone 20th anniversary year at the Apollo Victoria Theatre.

The Anniversary Cast

Emma Kingston continues as Elphaba and Zizi Strallen as Glinda throughout the anniversary celebrations. Joining from Broadway on 19 May is Jordan Litz as Fiyero — described as the longest-running performer in that role on the Great White Way.

New to the London company are Claire Machin as Madame Morrible and Yara Fabricante, making her West End debut as Nessarose. The supporting cast includes Michael Matus as the Wizard, Ross Carpenter as Boq, and David McKechnie as Doctor Dillamond.

Special Anniversary Performances

Special 20th anniversary performances are scheduled for 26–27 September 2026. Wicked is currently booking through 3 January 2027, with music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz and a book by Winnie Holzman.

Two Decades of Defying Gravity

The show's 20th anniversary comes at a moment of renewed global interest following the blockbuster Wicked film adaptation. The London production, which premiered in 2006, remains one of the West End's most popular musicals, regularly playing to capacity audiences at the Apollo Victoria.
