What is Just For One Day about?

Just For One Day – The Live Aid Musical brings the extraordinary story of the most epic gig in music history to the Shaftesbury Theatre. This electrifying new musical captures the energy, passion and humanity of that remarkable day.

Written by John O'Farrell (Mrs. Doubtfire, Something Rotten!) and directed by Luke Sheppard (& Juliet, Starlight Express), Just For One Day features iconic songs by Bob Dylan, David Bowie, The Who, U2, Queen, Madonna, Sting, Elton John, Paul McCartney, Diana Ross and more – theatrically reimagined in what Pete Townshend of The Who called "a completely new and delightful way."
