Spektakl The Jungle, koprodukcja National Theatre, Young Vic i Good Chance Theatre, przenosi się na deskach Playhouse Theatre. Po entuzjastycznych recenzjach i całkowicie wyprzedanym sezonie w Young Vic, producenci Sonia Friedman Productions, Tom Kirdahy oraz Hunter Arnold z radością ogłaszają pełną obsadę westendowskiej odsłony sztuki Joe Murphy'ego i Joe Robertsona pt. The Jungle. To wspólne przedsięwzięcie National Theatre i Young Vic, zrealizowane z Good Chance Theatre w reżyserii Stephena Daldry'ego i Justina Martina. Choć balkon zachowa układ klasyczny, intymność i perspektywa będą unikalne – widzowie zobaczą z góry drastycznie zmienioną przestrzeń, wykraczającą poza łuk prosceniowy, uzupełnioną o ekrany wideo relacjonujące część akcji w stylu „wiadomości na żywo”. To miejsce, gdzie ludzie cierpieli i marzyli. Poznaj pełnych nadziei, niezłomnych mieszkańców „Dżungli” – tuż za kanałem La Manche, na progu naszego domu. The Jungle to opowieść o stracie, strachu, wspólnocie i nadziei; o powstaniu obozu w Calais i jego ostatecznym zniszczeniu.
