El Fringe de Brighton anuncia los ganadores de los premios 2017

Producción de Urinetown de Brighton Little Theatre

Los espectáculos y artistas destacados de este año en el Brighton Fringe han sido anunciados en los premios anuales del festival.

Entre los 24 premios presentados, los ganadores incluyeron la producción musical de Urinetown de The Brighton Little Theatre Company (en la foto), Ingo's War de Ditto Theatre Company, Bug Camp de Broken Silence Theatre por Paul Macauley y la producción de Agamemnon de Steven Berkoff por Windmill Young Actors.

El espectáculo infantil La historia del Cockatrice de Mumblecrust Theatre se llevó dos premios: el de Mejor Debutante en el Brighton Fringe de Voice y el Festival Internacional de Artes Juveniles (IYAF): Mejor Espectáculo Infantil y Familiar del Brighton Fringe.

Otros ganadores incluyeron Cinebra: Una Historia de Horror, que ganó £2,500 para realizar una gira en un festival Fringe internacional como parte del Premio Internacional de Giras de la Fundación Pebble Trust.

Teatro Pomodoro también ganó la oportunidad de girar al extranjero. La compañía, que formó parte del programa de Ventana del Brighton Fringe para nuevas obras excepcionales, ha sido seleccionada para realizar una gira por dos Fringes en la “red nórdica” de Bergen, Gotemburgo, Reikiavik y Estocolmo el próximo año.
