Amelia Dimoldenberg, Kerry Ellis, Tim Key and More Join Line-up at Soho’s Newest Live Performance Hub

Underbelly Boulevard Soho has revealed its full Spring/Summer 2025 season, offering a bold and eclectic programme that blends comedy, theatre, cabaret, music and magic. Located in the heart of London’s Soho, the venue continues to expand its artistic reach with returning favourites, world premieres and star-studded one-night-only events.

Among the highlights is the appearance of Amelia Dimoldenberg—the beloved comedian and Chicken Shop Date host—who will make her Boulevard debut in This Doesn’t Leave The Room on 6 June. A sell-out improv show from the Free Association, the night features a rotating cast of top improvisers riffing on anonymous confessions from the audience.

Bold, Diverse, and Unapologetically Fun

The season also sees the return of the popular all-male revue M.E.N. Live, London's only queer-inclusive strip show, for three dates (10 May, 14 June, 5 July). A riotous blend of sensuality and celebration, the production invites audiences into a space that is inclusive, camp and unapologetically fun.

Cabaret lovers can look forward to Revudeville: Soho Fantasy on 30 May, hosted by Heiress Blackstone. This dazzling spectacle of burlesque, circus, and glamour features Jolie Papillon alongside a line-up of world-class performers in a modern tribute to Soho’s historic nightlife .

BAFTA-winning poet and comic Tim Key will present two intimate evenings (20 & 21 June) to celebrate the release of his new book L.A. Baby!. Expect poetry, absurd musings, and surreal guest appearances in his signature style.

Magic, Musicals, and One-Off Music Events

On 5 June, Chris Turner: Childish returns following a sell-out Edinburgh Fringe run. Combining stand-up and musical improvisation with live band support, Turner brings sharp, witty energy and spontaneous freestyling to the stage.

Magic lovers can look forward to the new show from James Phelan, The Man Who Was Magic, which runs for one week in August (15–24 August). Known for his viral lottery prediction stunt on the BBC, Phelan blends sleight of hand with theatrical storytelling.

West End favourite Kerry Ellis appears on 24 July with An Evening with Kerry Ellis, delivering a stripped-back, intimate performance featuring songs from Wicked, We Will Rock You and more.

Also announced is the return of Mario the Maker Magician (26–27 July), a hands-on theatre experience filled with DIY robotics, slapstick and positive energy, perfect for family audiences.

Comedy and Cult Hits

Award-winning comedy trio Police Cops return for two limited runs: their cult horror-comedy Badass Be Thy Name (22–27 July) and the original Police Cops (29 July–3 August). Known for genre-blending energy and a pounding ’90s soundtrack, their physical comedy and inventive staging remain major Fringe hits .

Rising star Em Wallbank, known for her viral musical theatre content on TikTok, brings her powerhouse vocals to the stage on 8 August in a one-night-only concert with special guests.

A Hub for New Work and Work-in-Progress

The venue’s open platform Belly Scratch continues as a space for companies to test new material in front of supportive audiences. The showcase allows up to 20 minutes of performance per participant, championing development and experimentation .

Soho’s New Cultural Destination

Since its opening in 2023, Underbelly Boulevard Soho has quickly established itself as a home for eclectic and inclusive live performance in central London. With a bar, co-working space and state-of-the-art performance venue all under one roof, it offers a vibrant cultural alternative in the heart of the West End.

Underbelly, also the force behind Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club and the Olivier-winning Macbeth with Ralph Fiennes, continues to produce and curate work at the forefront of contemporary performance across the UK and internationally.
