The fastest selling musical theatre tour of all time, new musical The Band by Tim Firth and featuring the music of Take That comes to the Theatre Royal Haymarket this November.

The cast of The Band When tickets went on sale last year The Band quickly became the fastest selling musical theatre tour of all time.  Tickets for The Band's London season go on sale on March 18 with the show opening at the Theatre Royal Haymarket on 30 November 2018 until 12 January 2019.

It’s 1992 and we meet five 16 year old girls for who ‘the band’ is everything.  Join us on this emotional rollercoaster as this group of girls who were once inseparable reunite after 25 years apart and try once more to fulfil their dream of meeting the boyband whose music became the soundtrack to their lives.

Written by Tim Firth, the show features the music of Take That, Britain’s most successful boyband of all time, whose songs include Never Forget, Back for Good, A million Love Songs, Greatest Day, The Flood, Relight My Fire, Shine & Rule the World.

Casting for The Band includes Alison Fitzjohn, Emily Joyce, Rachel Lumberg and Jayne McKenna as the group of friends, and Five to Five – AJ Bentley, Nick Carsberg, Curtis T Johns, Sario Soloman and Yazdan Qafouri – as the band.
