New Jukebox musical Jagged Little Pill to hit Broadway in November 2019.

Jagged Little Pill, a new musical featuring the songs of Alanis Morissette will start previews at the Broadhurst Theatre, Broadway in November 2019.

With a plot that touches on race, sexual assault and addiction, Jagged Little Pill had its World Premiere at the American Repertory Theatre in Cambridge in 2018.

The musical is based on the acclaimed 1995 album of the same name by Alanis Morissette which recieved two Grammy Awards including Album Of The Year.

Jagged Little Pill ran at American Repertory Theatre for 10 weeks and became the longest-running and highest grossing production in the theatre's history.

The Broadway transfer is to be directed by Diane Paulus (Pippin, Waitress) features music by Morissette and Glen Ballard, a book by Diablo Cody and orchestrations and arrangements by Tom Kitt with movement and choreography by Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui.
