Moulin Rouge! The Musical London has announced that it is extending its run at the Piccadilly Theatre into January 2023.

One of the West End's biggest hit shows since theatre's re-opened - Moulin Rouge! The Musical has extended its bookings into January 2023 and tickets are on sale now.

Baz Luhrmann’s revolutionary film comes to life onstage, remixed in a new musical mash-up extravaganza. A theatrical celebration of truth, beauty, freedom and – above all – love, Moulin Rouge! is more than a musical; it is a state of mind.

Moulin Rouge! The Musical has a book by John Logan, is directed by Alex Timbers, choreography by Sonya Tayeh, scenic designs by Derek McLane, costume designs by Catherine Zuber, lighting design by Justin Levine, sound design by Peter Hyland, hair design by David Brian Brown, make-up design by Sarah Climino, and musical direction by James McKeon, based on Baz Luhrmann's motion picture of the same name.

The stage adaptation has been the recipient of numerous international theatre awards including the Tony Award for Best Musical, the Tony Award for Orchestrations and the Olivier Award for Best Costume Design
