Layton Williams To Step Into The Role Of Jamie New In January

The uber-talented Layton Williams is about to take over the lead in hit musical Everybody's Talking About Jamie from 28 January 2019.

As the award-winning musical Every Body's Talking About Jamie approaches it's first birthday in London's West End, producers have announced that Layton Williams will take over the role of Jamie New from 28 January 2019.
Layton made his professional stage debut in Billy Elliot the musical, appeared in the TV series Beautiful People, and has since appeared in stage productions including The Car Man, the UK tour of Hairspray playing Duane and later Seaweed and the UK tour of Rent playing Angel.
Everybody's Talking About Jamie premiered at the Crucible Theatre, Sheffield on 13 February 2017 before transferring to London's Apollo Theatre from 6 November 2017. The show features music by Dan Gillespie Sells and book and lyrics by Tom MacRae and was inspired by the documentary Jamie: Drag Queen at 16.
Everybody's Talking About Jamie is now booking until 6 April 2019.
