Shaun Evans bewijst opnieuw zijn enorme bereik; zijn vertolking van Alex is gelaagd, vol nuance en volkomen fascinerend. Tegenover hem staat Miranda Raison als Juliet: grillig, egoïstisch en bij vlagen oorverdovend schel. Ze is een spectaculaire verschijning, maar vanbinnen door en door vals.
