Die Nominierungen für die Olivier Awards 2019 wurden bekannt gegeben, die am 7. April in der Royal Albert Hall stattfinden werden.

Die Nominierungen für die Olivier Awards 2019 wurden heute von den Gewinnern des letzten Jahres, Sheila Atim und Giles Terera, verkündet.

Das neue Musical Come From Away und eine geschlechtergetauschte Wiederaufnahme von Company führten die Nominierungen 2019 mit jeweils neun Nennungen an, dicht gefolgt von der epischen Inszenierung von The Inheritance, die vom Young Vic ins Noel Coward Theatre transferierte und acht Nominierungen erhielt. Das National Theatre ist mit vier Produktionen - The Lehman Trilogy, Home, I'm Darling, Nine Night und Antony and Cleopatra - in den Nominierungen vertreten.

Die diesjährige Zeremonie wird von Jason Manford am 7. April 2019 in der Royal Albert Hall moderiert.
