A shining gem of a theatre that deserves as much local support and attendance as possible. We saw "The Valentine Letters" by Steve Darlow on 22.6.2024. A poignant and thought-provoking play set during WW2. Superbly written, directed, cast, and sympathetically acted by its young but committed and talented cast. We were also able to enjoy a post-performance meal and drink at the pub next door. All in all, a very enjoyable, memorable and reasonably-priced evening out!

It is a first rate fringe theatre in a friendly pub. You can eat but it gets busy so advance booking might be wise. The theatre is popular and the programme range is well worth looking into. About as good as it gets.
