From Australia comes Mo-Ko Piano & Circus with a movement and music piece that explores anxiety and panic attacks. Beautifully paced, the interplay between the performers captures the blocking of creativity perfectly.
Amanda Lee pulses throughout as anxiety, twisting, interrupting, flying, distracting the creative process of Nathan Chettle as he tries to compose his music.
The score is beautiful and, ironically, it's the most soothing hour! It didn't become too frantic or raise the anxiety stakes at any point, playing on much the same level, but is a highly enjoyable start to the Fringe day.
