Musical pantomime The Little Mermaid is to tour England and Scotland from 25 July 2021. The Little Mermaid Tour tickets are now on sale.
Lines have been cast and the return to live theatre has hooked itself an almighty whopper of a family show to enjoy, The Little Mermaid. This brand new laugh-a-minute musical pantomime reimagined by David Phipps-Davis will tour across England and Scotland from 25 July and is the perfect under-the-sea, must-see. The Little Mermaid Tour schedule is shown below.
This dazzling yet intimate production, suitable for the entire family, boasts stunning costume and set designs by David Shields (Heathers – The Musical, West End), a toe-tapping, hand-clapping score of pop music favourites arranged by Richard Reeday and first-class choreography and staging from Jordan Langford.
The much-loved tale of rebellious Ariel, a mermaid princess who craves to explore the world above the waves will feature a cast of eight electrifying, multi-role-playing actors lead by West End sensation and Britain’s Got Talent Semi-Finalist, the multi-award-winning, internationally celebrated self-declared ‘siren from South Yorkshire’ Myra Dubois as the villainous sea-witch, Ursula. Joining Dubois will be Georgie Faith (Ariel), Luke Coldham (Crabby, Captain Hansson), Ben Brooker (Prince Christian, Watt the Cabin Boy), Aidan MacColl (Desmond the Star Fish, Queen Matilda), Will Tomlin (King Triton, Davy Jones) with Kira MacCarter and Phillipe Taylor as Ensemble.

Executive Producer for APL Theatre, Antony Stuart-Hicks commented on the welcomed returned live theatre “After the substantial pause in live entertainment, theatregoers, especially family audiences have an appetite for cultural engagement that needs to be provided for, The Little Mermaid is perfectly timed to cater for that need. We are delighted that we have been awarded ‘See It Safely’ accreditation through SOLT and UK Theatre putting our audiences safe in the knowledge that alongside our venue partners, we are doing everything possible to keep our audiences and staff safe. After such a gloomy and desperate time, our production will focus on tons of fun, laughs-a-plenty, a memorable story and giving our audiences a wow-factor show that has been worth waiting for.”
The Little Mermaid will enthral the whole family with its huge waves of happiness, hilarity and heart. So come and be ‘part of our world’ as the curtain rises on this UNDER-THE-SEA, MUST SEE!
