The Fame Musical UK Tour is now concluding its run at the Troubadour Wembley starring Jorgie Porter, Keith Jack and Mica Paris. Book your tickets now!

Celebrating its 30th Anniversary, Fame the Musical will tour the UK in 2018 opening at the Palace Theatre Manchester on 20 July 2018.

Fame the musical is based on the 1980 smash hit film Fame which follows the lives of students at New York's High School For The Performing Arts as they navigate their way through the highs and lows, the romances and the heartbreaks and the ultimate celebration of life. This bittersweet but uplifting triumph of a show explores the issues that confront many young people today: prejudice, identity, pride, literacy, sexually, substance abuse and perseverance.

Since its opening in Miami Fame the musical has been presented in London's West End no less than seven times.

The Fame musical UK Tour stars TV Star Jorgie Porter, soul legend Mica Paris and theatre star Keith Jack who will also appear in the Fame West End transfer. Only Keith Jack is appearing at the Troubadour Wembley Park.

Read our interview with Keith Jack here. David De Silva - the conceiver of Fame and known as ‘Father Fame’ - says of this anniversary production, ‘What makes a musical ‘a classic’ or a ‘masterpiece’?  It takes time. It passes from one generation to the next. It translates from one language to many.  It entertains an audience with both laughter and tears. It inspires youth with passion and parents with nostalgia. The brilliantly directed and choreographed 30th anniversary Fame UK production of the show by Nick Winston is the best I've ever seen.’

The Fame musical UK Tour is presented by Selladoor Worldwide with Adam Paulden and Dan Looney. Fame will be directed and choreographed by Nick Winston with design by Morgan Large.
