RECENSIE: Beyond Caring, NT Temporary Theatre ✭✭✭
Er is iets onmiskenbaar boeiends aan het zien hoe vreemden elkaar vinden en hoe een team ontstaat onder zware omstandigheden—zeker wanneer hun persoonlijke worstelingen en zorgen grotendeels onuitgesproken blijven. Hoewel de plotwendingen misschien niet geheel onverwacht zijn, maken het rauwe, eerlijke acteerwerk en de schrijnende armoede van de personages dit tot een indringende ervaring. De ronduit verschrikkelijke werkomstandigheden waarin zij verkeren, maken het geheel tot een ongemakkelijke maar diep indrukwekkende voorstelling.
