The Mercury Theatre’s production of Clybourne Park by Bruce Norris will tour the UK starting at the Richmond Theatre from 25th – 30th April 2016. This razor-sharp satire lifts the lid on race and real estate in a fictional Chicago neighbourhoood. The swinging sixties are just around the corner as a black family move into a suburban white enclave, triggering all too predivtable mutterings from the neighbours. Fifty years on, we return to the same house in 2009 as gentification moves in and the roles are reversed. Dreamgirls Tickets are now on sale

  The new production of the Tony Award-winning musical will open at London’s Savoy Theatre from 19 November 2016. Inspired by R&B music acts in 1960s America, Dreamgirls transports you to a revolutionary time in American music history. Dreamgirls charts the tumultuous journey of a young female singing trio, from Chicago, Illinois called ‘The Dreams’, as they learn the hard lesson that show business is as tough as it is fabulous, and features the classic songs ‘And I Am Telling You I’m Not Going’, ‘I Am Changing’, ‘Listen’ and ‘One Night Only’ . Show Boat at the New London Theatre

Producers have announced today that Malcolm Sinclair (Capt. Andy Hawks) and Chris Peluso (Gaylord Ravenal) will join original Sheffield cast members Gina Beck (Magnolia Hawks), Lucy Briers (Parthy Ann Hawks), Rebecca Trehearn (Julia La Verne), Emmanuel Kojo (Joe), Sandra Marvin (Queenie), Alex Young (Ellie May Chipley) and Danny Collins (Frank Schultz) in the West End cast of Show Boat. They are joined by John Coates, Adam Dutton, Kit Esuruoso, Nolan Frederick, Linford Johnson, Javar La’Trail Parker, Kate Milner-Evans, Maria Omakinwa, Ryan Pidgen, Mykal Rand, Leo Roberts, Tosh Wanogho-Maud, Christina Bennington, Victoria Hinde, Linda John-Pierre and Simbi Akande, Georgie Ashford, Laura Darton, Joshua Da Costa, Dale Evans and Tom Partridge. Show Boat is directed by Daniel Evans and transfers from the Sheffield Crucible. The first preview is at the New London Theatre on 9 April 2016 with bookings open until 7 January 2017.
