Casting for Macbeth at Derby Theatre and Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch

Derby Theatre and Queen's Theatre Hornchurch have announced casting for their production of William Shakespeare's Macbeth to be directed by Douglas Rintoul.

Casting has been announced for a new production of Macbeth at Derby Theatre and Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch, led by Paul Tinto and Phoebe Sparrow.

The pair will play Macbeth and Lady Macbeth in Shakespeare’s bloody classic which is being directed by Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch’s artistic director, Douglas Rintoul.

The cast will also include Rikki Chamberlain, Martin Johnston, Adam Karim, Danielle Kassaraté, Daniel Kendrick, Colette McNulty, David Nellist, Ewan Somers, Connie Walker and Tilda Wickham.

The production will run at Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch in London from 7 to 29 February and Derby Theatre from 3 to 14 March before embarking on tour including the New Wolsey Theatre in Ipswich from 17 to 21 March. Macbeth follows Derby Theatre and Queen's Theatre Hornchurch’s successful co-productions of One Man, Two Guvnors and Abigail’s Party.
