A new trailer has just been released for Made In Dagenham the musical. The show which is based on the hit movie of the same name opened last night in London at the Adelphi Theatre starring Gemma Arterton. The musical tells the story of the 1968 strike by the female employees of the Ford Motor Company who campaigned for equal pay for women. Made In Dagenham is directed by Rupert Goold, with a book by Richard Bean (one Man, Two Guvnors), music by David Arnold and lyrics by Richard Thomas Thomas (Jerry Springer – The Opera).

Cirque du Soleil has today unveiled it’s new promo film for Kooza, which will open at London’s Royal Albert Hall on January 6th, 2015. The story of The Innocent, a melancholy loner in search of his place in the world, Kooza is a return to the origins of Cirque du Soleil: It combines two circus traditions – acrobatic performance and the art of clowning. The show highlights the physical demands of human performance in all its splendour and fragility, presented in a colourful mélange that emphasizes bold slapstick humour.
