Les Miserables concert with all star cast comes to Sondheim Theatre

Following an appearance on tonight’s Britain’s Got Talent, it was announced that the all-star Les Miserables concert will play the Sondheim Theatre, London from 5 December 2020.

Following sell-out performances recently at the Gielgud Theatre last year, Cameron Mackintosh has announced that the Les Miserables concert will return from 5 December at the Sondheim Theatre.

The Les Miserables concert will star Michael Ball, Matt Lucas, Alfie Boe, Carrie Hope Fletcher, Amara Okereke, Shan Ako, Rob Houchen, Bradley Jaden and more. John Owen-Jones will also perform at some performance over the six-week season.

Les Miserables remains the longest-running musical in the world. The full stage production will resume at the Sondheim Theatre when staging and audience restrictions are eased.

Les Miserables the musical is based on the novel by Victor Hugo with music by Claude-Michel Schönberg, lyrics by Herbert Kretzmer and original French text by Alain Boublil and Jean-Marc Natel with additional material by James Fenton and adaptation by Trevor Nunn and John Caird.

The Les Miserables concert is planned to go on sale on 14 October with further details of this beloved production of this to be announced.
