Disney's spooky family classic Hocus Pocus is to be presented live in concert around the UK in October 2022. Hocus Pocus in Concert UK Tour The perfect Halloween treat, Hocus Pocus In Concert will feature a screening of the complete film with Emmy-winning composer John Debney’s musical score performed live. Kicking off at Glasgow Royal Concert Hall on Sunday 23rd October, the tour will hit Manchester, Birmingham and London before finishing up at Nottingham Royal Concert Hall on Friday 28th. Hocus Pocus tells the story of three witches known as the Sanderson sisters who are accidentally brought back to life in Salem on Halloween night. On the hunt for eternal life, they attempt to steal the life essence from the town’s children, only to be outwitted by a boy named Max Dennison, his young sister, Dani, and his girlfriend, Allison. Released on July 16, 1993 and directed by Kenny Ortega, the film stars Bette Midler (Winifred), Sarah Jessica Parker (Sarah), Kathy Najimy (Mary), Omri Katz (Max), Thora Birch (Dani), and Vinessa Shaw (Allison).
