Iris Theatre

The Iris Theatre was created in 2007. Its original sole purpose was to produce a production of Murder in the Cathedral. The show was a resounding success, leading to several other productions in St. Paul’s Church. The Iris Theatre is a registered charity and relies on funding and support from volunteers.

The theatre runs several programmes, including a schools workshop scheme, a masterclass series, and the Workin Process strand, which showcases a wide range of new writing.

Iris Theatre continues to produce popular summer seasons of classic works alongside its new writing programme.
