Casting has been announced for the new production of Les Miserables which will open at the Sondheim Theatre London in December 2019.
Les Miserables the musical is a worldwide phenomenon. Breaking box office records worldwide this multi-award-winning musical has continually made Les Miserables tickets in London highly sought after.
Based on the Victor Hugo novel, this unique story of a convict who breaks parole and is pursued by a fixated inspector across the years set again the lead up to the French revolution remains an audience favourite.
The score of Les Miserables contains timeless songs including One Day More, Bring Him Home, I Dreamed A Dream, On My Own, Master Of The House, Stars and Empty Chairs at Empty Tables.
Les Miserables s written by Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg and is based on the novel by Victor Hugo. It has music by Claude-Michel Schönberg, lyrics by Herbert Kretzmer and original French text by Alain Boublil and Jean-Marc Natel with additional material by James Fenton and adaptation by Trevor Nunn and John Caird.
Les Miserables continues to run at the Sondheim Theatre, London and on tour across the UK.
