As The Full Monty – the play prepares to go out on a UK tour commencing in Bournemouth on 21 September 2016, producers have announced today the show has amassed an advance box office of over £5million. The company of Simon Beaufoy’s The Full Monty is led by Gary Lucy as Gaz, with Andrew Dunn as Gerald, Louis Emerick as Horse, Chris Fountain as Guy and Kai Owen as Dave. Anthony Lewis will now be playing the role of Lomper, as Joe Absolom had to withdraw due to contractual filming commitments. Winner of the UK Theatre Award for Best Touring Production, extra performances have now been added at the Birmingham Hippodrome and Leeds Grand Theatre to cope with demand.
