Producers have announced that Maxwell Caulfield, Zoë Doano and Chris Peluso will lead the cast of Death Takes A Holiday at the Charing Cross Theatre in January 2017. Tickets are now on sale. Based on the 1928 Italian play of the same name, Death Takes A Holiday has a lush, romantic score by multi Tony Award-winning composer and lyricist Maury Yeston, whose musical Titanic launched the current season of musicals at the Charing Cross Theatre. Radio Times At Charing Cross Postponed

Radio Times postponed at Charing Croos Theatre

Producers have informed us this morning that the production of Radio Times at Charing Cross Theatre is being postponed. The Producers said: “Sadly, due to artist non-availability, we are unable to present the production on the dates originally planned. We hope to present the production at a later date.” If you have tickets for Radio Times please contact the ticket vendor for a full refund. The current production of Titanic, has just extended by an extra week. The next production will be Ragtime which starts previews on Saturday 8 October, followed by the European Premiere of Death Takes A Holiday which starts performances on Saturday 3 December 2016. Thom Southerland Appointed Artistic Director of Charing Cross Theatre

Thom Sutherland appointed artistic director if Charing Cross Theatre

It was announced this morning that Thom Southerland has been appointed as artistic director of Charing Cross Theatre. He has announced his first season of four musicals which will be kicked off by an encore season of his award winning production of Titanic which was originally produced at Southwark Playhouse in 2013 by Danielle Tarento. Tarento will now join with Steven M Levy, Sean Sweeney and Vaughan Williams to co-produce the entire Charing Cross Season. The rest of the Charing Cross season will comprise productions of Radio Times, Ragtime and Death Takes A Holiday. Thom Southerland will direct all the shows apart from Radio TImes, which will be directed by Ben Woolf. Steven M.
