Now in its record breaking 33rd year, Cameron Mackintosh announces major cast changes for the London production of Les Miserables at the Queens Theatre. Les Miserables will undergo major cast changes from 11 June 2018. The show which is the World’s longest-running musical is now in its 33rd year and continues to run at the Queens Theatre. Dean Chisnall will star as Jean Valjean, Toby Miles will play Marius, Elena Skye will play Eponine, Vivien Parry will play Madame Thenardier and Amara Okereke will play Cosette. They will join Steven Meo as Thenardier and Carley Stenson as Fantine who are continuing in their roles. Bradley Jaden will star as Javert from 23 July 2018 when David Thaxton who is currently playing Javert leaves the show. Sleepless The Musical Producer Postpones UK Tour

Sleepless the musical is postponed

Producers have announced today that the forthcoming production of Sleepless The Musical which was to have starred Danny Mac, Carley Stenson Jenny Dale and Cory English has been postponed. The statement today cited “illness within the producers family and overwhelming unexpected circumstances” as the reason for the cancellation, adding that they hope to have further news of the production next year. The world premiere of Sleepless was to be presented by Michael Rose and David Shor, in association with Marc Toberoff and the Bord Gais Energy Theatre, Dublin; a Theatre Royal Plymouth production. Key to the success of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels is the onstage relationship between Jameson played by Michael Praed and Benson played by Noel Sullivan. There is an immediate chemistry between these two, you get the feeling that they are having far more fun than we as the audience are and it’s infectious.
