Carrie Hope Fletcher to star in Heathers at The Other Palace.

Following a successful workshop in 2017, Bill Kenwright and Paul Taylor-Mills are to present cult musical Heathers at The Other Palace for limited season in June 2018. Cult musical Heathers is back in class this summer and the show will be boasting new songs, new material and new classmates. Heathers is based on the 1988 classic teen film which starred Winona Ryder and Christian Slater. The show has gained cult status with production sin Los Angeles, and New York and now it’s London’s turn. Hot off the success of The Addams Family UK Tour and the release of her solo album, Carrie Hope Fletcher will play Veronica Sawyer in this twisted tale of friendship, teen drama and deadly obsession. After a knockout show and standing ovation, the cast and other celebrities partied at L’Escargot. Chicago originally ran in London for 15 years, making it the West End’s longest running revival. Box Office staff at the Royal Albert Hall have undertaken a crash course in Klingon, ahead of the venue’s ‘Star Trek – In Concert’ and ‘Star Trek Beyond – In Concert’ events in June. Employees were asked to take classes in the ‘language’ after the Hall announced it would give two free tickets to anyone ordering in Klingon. The Royal Albert Hall called in one of the world’s foremost experts in Klingon, Alex Greene, to help the team master the warrior language. Lucy Noble, Artistic Director at the Royal Albert Hall, said: “Star Trek is a timeless classic with a huge cult following.
